About the course
To train companies in their development and implementation of their first operational dashboards or control tower for more responsive operations, such as:
- Data connection with local and cloud databases
- Data cleaning, data analysis and choosing the appropriate visualization (graphs & charts)
- Automatic reports and continuous improvement
What you’ll learn
- Understand how digitalisation improves efficiency and enables faster decision-making with interactive dashboards and reporting tools.
- Learn to implement your first business dashboards and reporting requirements.
- Gain skills in database transformation, selecting the right chart types, and generating periodic reports.
- Phase 1: Classroom training on two fundamental tools:a). Microsoft Excel (as the database platform) b). Looker Studio (to build interactive dashboards and reports)
- Phase 2: Guided project work to develop your first use case dashboard under mentor supervision.
- Acquire the capability to develop additional dashboards and integrate with more data sources, including creating control towers.
Minimum entry requirement
Proficiency in English & have basic IT literacy and possess basic MS excel skills.
