About the course
This 1 week course introduces Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and shows how it can be used to automate repetitive administrative tasks, reduce human errors, and increase productivity. Phase 1 is a two-day classroom session covering RPA fundamentals, use cases, hands-on scripting, and project management. Phase 2 consists of three half-day sessions where participants work in project teams, guided by mentors, to implement their first RPA use case.
