About the course
This 2 months course introduces the science of climate change and strategies to minimise carbon footprints through lean processes, smart practices, and green innovations. Participants will also develop project management and environmental analytics skills, applying them in real-world sustainability projects to support organisational goals.
What you’ll learn
- Gain foundational knowledge of climate change and sustainability practices.
- Phase 1: Learn about Sustainable Development Goals, the carbon economy, greenhouse gas emissions, carbon footprint management, ESG, sustainability reporting, green project management, green supply chains, and green procurement.
- Phase 2: Undertake a guided environmental sustainability project to integrate sustainability into business strategies.
- Build the ability to manage and assess environmental impacts within an organisation.
